Where your
information goes.
SystemSystem is the App Store name for the ShopOS client. This notice describes the app’s handling of information when you connect it to your organization’s ShopOS server.
Your organization’s server
Your organization operates or selects the ShopOS server and controls its accounts, permissions, business records, backups and retention. Business information you enter or synchronize is sent to that configured server. P&M RV, LLC does not receive a separate copy merely because you install the app.
Information handled by the app
Depending on your permissions and enabled workflows, ShopOS handles account and device identifiers, device names and connection status, customer and service information, invoices, recorded payments and refunds, documents and operational audit records. The app retains a local working copy and unfinished operations so work can survive interruptions.
Sign-in and device protection
Your username and password are sent over verified HTTPS to the selected server for authentication. The password is not used as the permanent device credential. Device-specific credentials are stored in Apple Keychain or a supported protected Linux credential store. Local profile data is encrypted. Authorized administrators can revoke device sessions.
Device features and optional services
Camera, document selection and Calendar access are used only by the relevant features and are subject to platform permissions. If your organization enables a third-party integration, including Square payment processing, the information needed for that operation is also handled under the provider’s terms and your organization’s policy. Installing this app does not itself enable those integrations.
Advertising and tracking
The ShopOS client does not include advertising or third-party behavioral analytics. Apple and the systems hosting your organization’s server may process technical information under their own policies. This support website does not include analytics scripts, advertising, contact forms or an application sign-in; its hosting provider may process ordinary request and security logs.
Retention, access and deletion
Contact your organization’s administrator about access to or correction of business records, account removal, retention and deletion. Some records may need to remain for business or legal obligations. Signing out or uninstalling is not a request to delete server records. Do not remove local data while unsent work needs recovery.
